Job summary
What you’ll be doing:
-
Drive achievement of the annual financial growth target (revenue/gross profit) for the assigned product line in the region.

Hunt Identify for new business opportunities in EMEA region (for modules and ODM business).

Provide ongoing market insight, competitive analysis and technology trend updates to Sales and Product teams.

Ensure product positioning and definition remain highly efficient and competitive, based on market analysis.

Partner with local Sales and BD to acquire key customers/projects and drive new design-in/design-win.

Build and maintain a hunting list of new accounts, expanding the customer base beyond the existing top 20.

Support key customer projects and biddings, helping the sales team secure must-win opportunities.

Deliver regular technical/commercial training to Sales and distributors.

Represent the company at industry events (MWC, CES, Network X, Enlit, Electronica, etc.), promoting products/solutions and gathering market intelligence.

Produce periodic deliverables: quarterly market insight reports, key customer/operator/distributor visit reports, chipset vendor visits reports, ODM project status updates.

Participate in weekly meetings with HQ Product Management, covering opportunities review, key customer business status, and product promotion strategy.

Provide regular status reporting to line management, including project status, key issues, and next-week action plans.
What we are looking for:

Proven experience in Product Management, Business Development, or technical-commercial roles within Telco/IoT/Semiconductor industries.

Solid understanding of mobile connectivity technologies (4G/5G, LPWA, RedCap, etc.) and chipset ecosystems.

Strong market analysis skills (TAM/SAM/SOM) and competitive intelligence capabilities.

Excellent relationship-building and commercial skills, results-driven mindset.

Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events.

Fluent English (additional languages a plus).
