Job summary

The GNSS Product Manager will be responsible for managing the GNSS product portfolio in the APAC region, driving product strategy, market research, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Sales, and global teams. The role requires strong technical understanding, market insight, and the ability to translate customer and market needs into product development priorities.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Research, analyze, and track GNSS technologies, market trends, competitors, and customer demand in the APAC region.
  2. Conduct product requirement analysis and define product features based on market insights and customer feedback.
  3. Work closely with R&D, project, and sales teams to drive product development and ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Manage the GNSS product portfolio and ensure alignment with regional market needs and business strategy.
  5. Support regional sales teams in customer engagement, opportunity development, and key project win support.
  6. Provide product and application training to internal teams, partners, and customers.
  7. Build and enhance product brand reputation in the regional market through promotion activities.
  8. Monitor regional business performance, product adoption, and lifecycle performance, and drive optimization actions.
  9. Maintain strong collaboration with global PM teams, chipset vendors, ecosystem partners, and strategic customers.

What we are looking for:

【Qualifications & Requirements】
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Telecommunications, Communications Engineering, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of working experience in GNSS / positioning / wireless communication / semiconductor / IoT.
  • Proven experience in product management, product planning, or technical product marketing.
  • Strong understanding of GNSS technologies, applications, and market ecosystem.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams across regions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Professional business-level English; Japanese ability is a plus.
  • Leadership mindset with experience supervising or mentoring team members preferred.
【Preferred Experience (Plus)】
  • Experience in automotive, industrial IoT, consumer electronics, or mobility sectors.
  • Background in module vendors, chipset suppliers, or GNSS solution providers.
  • Experience in APAC regional product or market development roles.
