Job summary

We are looking for a results-driven dedicated Sales Manager to lead our automation and EMS business development. You will work closely with regional teams to identify customer needs, present automation solutions, and drive sustainable business growth.

What you’ll be doing:

Market Development & Client Acquisition:

  1. Identify and penetrate new business opportunities in assigned regions: North America for industrial automation products.
  2. Actively prospect potential distributors, system integrators (SIs), and OEM end users through shows (Auto Show), cold outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and on-the-ground factory visits.

Technical Solution Selling:

  1. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to engineering teams and C-level executives at client sites.
  2. Understand client production pain points (e.g., downtime, yield rate, efficiency) and propose customized automation solutions that integrate our hardware and software.

Sales Target Achievement:

  1. Develop and execute a quarterly/annual sales plan to meet aggressive revenue, gross margin, and collection (DSO) targets.
  2. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports using CRM systems.

End-to-End Project Management:

  1. Lead complex B2B negotiations involving technical specifications, commercial terms, and after-sales service agreements.
  2. Coordinate internally with R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth project commissioning (installation & debugging support).

Channel Partner Management:

  1. Recruit, train, and manage local distributors/integrators. Set up joint business plans and conduct regular performance reviews to optimize channel coverage.
  2. Assist partners in creating local marketing campaigns and technical support capabilities.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  1. Monitor competitor movements (e.g., Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi, Rockwell) and local industry policies (e.g., Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing incentives).
  2. Feedback market requirements to the Product Management team for future product iterations

What we are looking for:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B industrial sales. Fresh graduates with strong engineering backgrounds and overseas internship experience may be considered.
  3. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
  4. Familiarity with communication protocols.
  5. Fluency in English (written & oral) is mandatory – must be able to conduct commercial negotiations.
  6. Excellent cross-cultural communication and emotional intelligence;
  7. Comfortable working across different time zones.
  8. Ability and willingness to travel internationally for 6–8 months per year for client visits, exhibitions, and partner audits.
