Overview
The SH600XA-APNA is Quectel’s new-generation smart computing module based on a Linux/Ubuntu system. It integrates the AX8850 chip from Axera, with an NPU delivering up to 24 TOPS of computing power. The module supports complex models such as Transformer, VIT, and DERT, while maintaining excellent energy efficiency. It fully meets the requirements for AI functionalities in applications.
The SH600XA-APNA integrates a rich set of interfaces, including 2 x HDMI, 1 x USB 3.0, 2 x USB 2.0, 7 x UART, 1 x SD, 1 x SDIO, 2 x RGMII, 9 x I2C, 4 x I2S, 2 x PCIE, SPI, RTC, etc. The module supports 8K @ 30fps video encoding and decoding. Additionally, it can be paired with Quectel’s external modules, significantly expanding its application in the computing field. It is also suitable for extension to various use cases such as smart commercial displays, vehicle terminals, industrial computers, and smart home systems.
