Overview
The Quectel EG800Z series is an LTE Cat 1 bis module series optimized especially for M2M and IoT applications. It delivers maximum data rates up to 10 Mbps downlink and 5 Mbps uplink and is cost-effective. Designed in a compact and unified form factor, the EG800Z series is compatible with Quectel LTE standard EC800Z-CN, EC800E-CN, EG810M series, EG800AK series, and EG800G series modules.
The EG800Z series covers the frequency bands of different countries and regions. Through laser engraving, the EG800Z series features a neat appearance, strong metallic texture, improved heat dissipation, and a durable label, which makes it ideal for automation.
A rich set of Internet protocols, industry-standard interfaces, and abundant functionalities (USB serial drivers for Windows 10/11, Linux, and Android) extends the applicability of the module to a wide range of M2M and IoT applications such as cloud trumpet, POS, IPC, CPE, data card, two-wheeler, smart safety, and industrial PDA.
