We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our fast-growing team. This role will develop our WI-FI/BT sales in APAC (Taiwan, Japan, Korea, India, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand).
Your goal is to grow Quectel´s WI-FI/BT revenue and market share in APAC. You will guide and support our APAC sales team to sell throughout whole APAC. You will be a link to key customers and product managers, develop new market segments and verticals. You will work closely with our RSDs who will support you in your plans and execution.
In short, you are a key to our success through great sales achievements.
To be successful in this role, you need to be experienced within WI-FI/BT, be well connected with a Sales/Product marketing profile. You should have several years of WI-FI/BT sales and/or product marketing experience in the APAC market.

§ Develop and drive APAC WI-FI business
§ Conclude business with customers and initiate supply agreements
§ Market research, monitor competitive activities, and identify customer needs
§ Identify market trends and new verticals/applications
§ Define and propose “go to market strategy”
§ Search for and evaluate potential new channel partners and rep. firms
§ Sales support to our APAC region
§ Provide product training to APAC sales team, customers and channels
§ Cooperate with our Marketing department for marketing activities
§ Attend trade shows and regional events
§ SalesForce (CRM) registration, & information sharing
§ Working experience in a WIFI module company / WIFI module distributor
§ Five years or more experience in Business Development and sales.
§ Knowhow within wireless, RF technologies & understanding of IoT verticals, customer segments and WIFI module competitor landscape
§ Previous Experience in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and South East Asia are highly preferred
§ Preferred location: Japan, Korea, or Taiwan
§ Fluent in English, verbally and in writing, fluent in Chinese is an advantage
§ Well organized & structured work approach with a 100% follow up attitude
§ Team player who isn´t afraid of sharing views and ideas
