Market Research and Lead Generation Analyst

Role overview:

You will play a key role in identifying and profiling high-potential customer companies. This is a data-driven, research-heavy position that supports both marketing and sales efforts. You’ll help build and maintain prospect lists, uncover industry trends, and surface insights that guide campaign and outreach strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Research target markets, industries, and company types that align with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
• Identify key decision-makers within target accounts using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
• Develop and maintain high-quality prospect lists for outbound marketing and sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product management and sales teams to ensure alignment on target audience criteria.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Support list segmentation and campaign targeting across various channels (email, social, events, etc.).
• Clean, update, and enrich CRM and database records to ensure data accuracy.
• Track and report on prospecting efforts and contribute to optimization of lead and demand generation workflows.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in market research, lead generation, sales/marketing operations, or a related role.
• Familiarity with lead sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.
• Experience working with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, collaborative environment.
• Bonus: Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or enterprise sales environments.
