Job responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Outbound Sales Team Lead and VP of North America Sales on regular basis (North America-based).
  • Hunting process - web and marketing research, re-evaluation, potential recognition, and reach-outs/follow-ups.
  • Constant research and “hunting” for new sales potentials everywhere.
  • Vertical market research using web browsers and web tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator/ZoomInfo/Outlook).
  • Prequalify and organize data in lists from tradeshows and other events.
  • Salesforce (CRM) administration and reporting.
  • Supply weekly reports to the Outbound Sales Team Lead.

Job requirements:

  • Self-driven and self-motivated.
  • Patient and persistent, not giving up after the first NO from the customer.
  • Ready for constant learning and improving.
  • Well organized and structured work approach with a 100% follow up attitude.
  • Committed, with a long term career in mind, and target oriented.
  • Know-how within wireless and RF technologies and an understanding of IoT verticals will be considered as an advantage.
  • Previous experience/knowledge of any CRM tool and LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be nice to have.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English. Able to speak/write/listen in Mandarin are an added advantage as the position requires liaison with a counterpart.
  • Familiar with the MS Office package.
