Field Application Engineer, Provectron- Cleveland/ Ohio

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated FAE to join our growing team. This role will focus on supporting automation business. You will partner with local teams to provide on-site support for equipment commissioning and troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for automation equipment on-site delivery, installation, and commissioning
• Provide timely pre-sales and post-sales on-site technical support and troubleshooting when customer equipment issues occur
• Work closely with the local sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze automated assembly and testing lines.
• Responsible for assembling, wiring, commissioning, and maintaining line equipment.
• Provide product presentations and conduct product and tool training for customers on-site.
• Analyze and provide tangible feedback and feasible Provectron solutions to customers, based on their requirements.
• Prepare Technical Reports indicating the support activity and open issue progress.

Requirements:

• Proficient in mechanical or electronic troubleshooting and debugging.
• Basic understanding of automation systems and manufacturing processes.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in equipment installation or maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
