Overview
The SH603ZA-AP is Quectel’s new generation of smart module, integrating Rockchip IoT chip RK3576/ RK3576J, including high-performance 4 x ARM Cortex-A72 + 4 x ARM Cortex-A53 CPU, ARM Mali G52 MC3 GPU, 16 M ISP HDR and 6 TOPS NPU computing power. Supporting external Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and EBC, the module is ideal for industrial applications requiring automation, as well as consumer applications requiring high computing power and multimedia functions.
The SH603ZA-AP module integrates abundant peripheral interfaces: 1 x HDMI/ DP/ EDP/ MIPI, dual 1000 Mbps ethernet interfaces, multiple industrial serial interfaces, 2 x USBs, 2 x PCIes, 2 x CANs, 2 x SATAs, 12 x UARTs etc. Supporting 8K @ 30 fps or 4K @ 120 fps decoding (H.265/ VP9/ AV1, etc.) and 4K @ 60 fps encoding (H.264/ H.265), as well as triple-screen displays, the module can satisfy the requirements of domestically applying edge devices in AI industrial control by means of its 6 TOPS NPU and complete in-depth learning algorithms.
The module, with built-in Linux/ Android/ Debian operating systems, can also be used with external Quectel Cat 4/ 1, 4G, voice, Wi-Fi 6 and GNSS modules, which greatly expands its applicability to the scenarios in M2M industry, such as smart commercial displays, robots, live videos, smart retail, industrial control, E-books, industry tablets, etc.
