The KGM133S and KGM133S-P are high-performance MCU Thread, Zigbee, and BLE modules by Quectel. They boast an ARM Cortex-M33 processor with a frequency of up to 78MHz and support Matter, Thread, Zigbee, BLE 6.0, and BLE mesh. The modules also feature built-in 256KB SRAM and up to 3.5MB flash, ensuring fast and efficient performance.

The KGM133S and KGM133S-P are in LGA form factor, with an ultra-compact size, which optimizes the size and cost for end-products and is compatible with diverse designs. KGM133S offers antenna options of a 4th generation RF coaxial connector or pin antenna interface, and KGM133S-P offers a PCB antenna interface.

The KGM133S and KGM133S-P also support up to 26 GPIOs for interfaces including I2C, USART, SPI, I2S, etc. They also feature a superior sensitivity of -105dBm and a transmit power of up to +19.5dBm, providing flexibility and versatility for a range of applications. The KGM133S and KGM133S-P modules also both offer an enhanced security option, Secure Vault, featuring a higher level of IoT security.
