Job description:

  • Support the local sales team to grow revenue/market share, and develop a new design-in/design-win account or project from the product line side.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of the product promotion strategy in the local region.
  • Complete regional market research, including competitor, vertical market and representative customer list, emerging market opportunity, and output related market analysis reports.
  • Analyze customer demands and market trends, lead local custom product requirement analyses and product definitions, and ensure the best fit of the related portfolio into the market.
  • Promote new products to the market.
  • Prepare training materials and lead the local new product/new technology training for sales/FAE/distributors.
  • Assist and cooperate with CPM/FAE department on key customer support.
  • Cooperate with eco system partners and build partner relationships.

Required education, experience and competencies:

  • Bachelors degree in communication, electronics, computer or other related majors, with at least 5 years' work experience, including more than 3 years' work experience as a product manager.
  • Relevant experience in mobile phones, tablet computers, cellular modules, and various cellular communication IoT devices is preferred.
  • Project management and development experience is preferred.
  • Strong market analysis and judgment ability, good communication and cooperation ability, and good user service consciousness.
  • Strong learning ability, excellent innovation, self-motivated, and good organization and planning skills.
  • Able to adapt to conducting frequent business trips.
