Project Manager EMEA – Serbia

Job summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end product development projects within the cellular industry, from initial planning to mass production and launch. The role focuses on managing project timelines, risks, resources, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery. It includes monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and providing regular status reports while ensuring alignment with quality standards. The position also drives collaboration across departments and supports customer requirements during and after product deployment. The ideal candidate has strong hardware background, project management expertise (PMP preferred), and excellent communication skills in English.

Location: Belgrade, Serbia.

We are looking for: Project Manager EMEA

ON-SITE, Monday - Friday with flexible start between 7:30 - 9:30 AM.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer software, communication or related fields
• More than 5 years of Hardware experience in cellular industry
• Proficiency in project management and/or leading an hardware team
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, able to grasp principles and flexibility well in project progress
• PMP certificate
• Fluency in English language

Job description:

• Formulate overall plans for new product kick-off, design, R&D stage review, trial production, production, and launch.
• Responsibility for project progress, risk control, resource scheduling, early wanting and backup emergency plans within the product development cycle.
• Monitor how the plan is being implemented, suggest, and modify the project plan as needed, and quickly identify and determine the causes of any issues that could prevent the project from being completed on schedule.
• Supervise the implementation of branch plans over departments and arrange for departmental collaboration and communication during the project implementation.
• Provide regular and timely reports on the project status, phased results and the accomplishment of key milestone tasks.
• Communicate promptly on the issues that have arisen or could arise during the project, gather the necessary resources to address and resolve them, put forth alternative plans and monitor their implementation.
• Standardize project management and collaborate with the quality management divisions to effectively manage the product quality.
• Coordinate and lead the project wrap-up, which includes project overview, summary of project goals achieved, review and analysis of the project implementation process, and summary of issues and lessons learned. Assist the product manager in meeting customer requests and coordinating customer service and support once the project is moved to mass production.
