Job Summary
- Build and analyze BRD&MRD;
- Plan product-line and define product development;
- Build and optimize product management and process;
- Product promotion and competition analysis;
- Product life cycle management;
Responsibilities
- Based on customer’s requirement, market demand and competition situation, output BRD (business requirement document) &MRD (market requirement document) to find business opportunity, plan and improve product;
- Define product with detailed description of product, investigate background, target market, competition analysis, application case;
- Drive project manager to follow up product development progress. coordinate resources to ensure development move forward correctly;
- Support product promotion, training, and presentation;
- Follow up product operation status, and iteration;
- Other duties as the business requires.
Educational and Skill Requirements
1. Bachelor or above. Major: electronic and communication, electromagnetic field, microwave or relevant specialities.
2. Work experience:
- Have a business mindset for product operations;have wealth experience of antenna development;
- Have the ability of market analysis and judgement;
- Have good communication skills and team managements skills.
3. Knowledge and skills:
- Proficient in antenna technology;
- Familiar with antenna product planning;
- Good communication and coordination skills;
- Proficient in PPT, Excel and other office softwares.

- Have strong knowledge background and engineering technology;
- Have good ability in communicating and servicing;
- Cautious and job responsibility;
