We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our fast-growing team. This role will develop our ODM sales in Japan.

Your goal is to grow Quectel´s OMD revenue and market share in Japan. You will be a link to key customers and product managers, develop new market segments and verticals. You will work closely with our RSDs who will support you in your plans and execution.

In short, you are a key to our success through great sales achievements.

To be successful in this role, you need to be experienced within ODM, be well connected with a Sales/Product marketing profile. You should have several years of ODM sales and/or product marketing experience in the Japan market.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Developand drive Japan ODM business
  • And Get PO from customers for ODM business
  • Concludebusiness with customers and initiate supply agreements
  • Identifymarket trends and new verticals/applications
  • Defineand propose “go to market strategy”
  • Searchfor and evaluate potential new channel partners and rep. firms
  • Cooperate with our Marketing departmentfor marketing activities
  • Attendtrade shows and regional events
  • SalesForce(CRM) registration, & information sharing

Requirements:

  • Workingexperience in a WIFI module company / ODM module distributor
  • Five yearsor more experience in Business Development and
  • Knowhow within manufacturing& understanding of IoT verticals, customer segments and ODM competitor landscape
  • Location: Japan
  • Native in Japanese and Fluentin English
  • Well organized & structured work approachwith a 100% follow up attitude
  • Teamplayer who isn´t afraid of sharing views and ideas
  • Positive,motivated, proactive, self- starter with a strong work ethic
  • Goodanalytical skills
  • Goodpresentation skills
