Overview

The YECT104WAAM is a 5G external antenna measuring 20mm x 145mm. This ultra-wideband 5G antenna provides broad coverage from 600–6000MHz while offering backward compatibility to support 4G/3G and 2G networks as well as LTE Cat-M and narrowband IoT (NB-IoT). It is terminated with an SMA male connector and is ideal for applications requiring a discrete antenna. The low profile, terminal mount omni-directional antenna is easy to install, and maximum durability is assured by its IP67 rated PC and ABS enclosure.

The YECT104WAAM is a dipole type antenna designed to work with various GND plane sizes or in free space with ease of integration through its hinged SMA male connector designed for achieving the optimum position. The hinged structure helps with avoiding other antennas or objects by rotating to different directions when mounted on a terminal. This omnidirectional antenna also offers great performance, with its high gain and efficiency.

Typical applications for the YECT104WAAM are gateways and routers, smart metering, vending machines, industrial IoT, smart homes and connected enterprise.
