Quectel Expands Hefei R&D Center to Further Strengthen Innovation Capabilities
Quectel Wireless Solutions, a global supplier of cellular and GNSS modules, announced on Dec 27, 2019 that the company will be relocating and expanding the Hefei R&D center to a new building in order to further strengthen its innovation capabilities. The new office will be located at Building 1-C, China Speech Valley Area A, 3335 Xiyou Road, High-tech Zone, Hefei, east China’s Anhui province.
“Since its foundation in 2011, the Hefei R&D center has witnessed rapid developments and plays an essential role in our product development and technical support,” explained Patrick Qian, Quectel Chairman and CEO. “The expansion follows our long-term development strategy that we will consistently increase R&D investment and enhance core competitiveness.”
As a global in Internet of Things (IoT) module supplier, Quectel is dedicated to launching products in new technologies, which include 5G, C-V2X, and NB-IoT/Cat M.
