RF hardware technical support for 5G NR/LTE-A/LTE and other wireless communication module products
Provide customers with reliable design solutions according to their actual application
Check the client's project design scheme, review customer SCH&PCB
Timely deal with customer application problems reported by FAE and CPM team, answer customers' RF related questions, and assist customers to solve RF hardware related problems in their products
Track, status maintain and summarize and update customer RF problems
Conducted internal technical training for on-site technical support team and agent technical team
Write external technical application documents
Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in communication, electronics, radio, microwave, automation, etc.
At least 2 years of experience in cellular RF development and support for wireless terminal or communication module products. Ability to analyze and solve related technical problems independently, customer on-site support experience is preferred
Familiar with CMW500, Anli 8821C, spectrum analyzer, vector network analyzer, oscilloscope and other common instruments
Familiar with common EDA development tools for reviewing schematic diagram and PCB
Strong ability to work under pressure, learn, strain, logical thinking and analyze and solve problems
Good communication skills with customers and colleagues in other departments
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, fluent in English to communicate with overseas customers orally and written, foreign companies and overseas work experience is preferred
