Responsible for leading and promoting the CM factory to analyse and study the problems, put forward improvement reports, and track and deal with them;
Responsible for participating in process-related parameters, standard definition and management;
Control the process of the CM factory, check and record the unqualified situation, review the rectification measures of the CM factory, and track the implementation to confirm the final effect;
Responsible for leading the process improvement of the CM factory, implementing quality improvement measures, and confirming the final results;
Assist NPI engineers to complete new product/new project DFM (manufacturability assessment);
Development, verification and introduction of new processes
Required Experience:
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, control science and engineering;
More than 5 years of SMT engineering technology (equipment) experience;
Familiar with mainstream SMT equipment and process parameters (printing machine: DEK MPM GKG; placement machine: Siemens, Panasonic, FUJI; reflow oven: ERSA, Btu, etc.), able to optimize and improve process parameters and process capabilities;
Familiar with SPI, AOI equipment and inspection standards and methods;
