Job Description:
- Provide technical support to our key customers, especially LTE-A&5G cellular modules with notebook industry.
- Acts quickly to resolve field issues or customer technical problems.
- Good management on customer’s issues, project updating and according business relationship.
- Provide the best solution to customer in various applications.
- Good teamwork with internal and external stake holders.
Requirements:
- Familiar with PC drivers, particularly USB/PCIe protocol experience.
- Familiar with PC relevant certificate like WHQL and PC manufacture process.
- Had been working in PC notebook, IoT, auto electronics industries.
- Understand basic logic about hardware circuit, and have basic manipulative experience on hardware, like soldering etc. Be able to measure signals with Oscilloscope or Logic Analyzer.
- Demonstrated ability to work with self-motivation and to handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
- Ability to work and respond under stress.
- Must be a native English speaker or similar speaking level. Local candidates only, no overseas relocation or working visa/PR sponsored.
- Must be able and willing to travel.
Preferred Experience:
- Experienced in embedded Linux, Android system, or other Operation Systems.
- Experienced in 5G/LTE/UMTS/HSPA/GSM/GPRS/GPS LTE RF/Antenna design, tuning or testing.
- Familiar with Windows Driver or Application development. Experience in using debug tools, like Wireshark.
- Experienced in module certificates, e.g. CE, FCC, GCF, PTCRB or carrier’s approval e.g. Verizon, TMobile, AT&T.
- Proficient C/C++, Perl, Python, Shell programming Skills.
- Knowledge of Wireless Network, mobile phone or wireless modem technologies including Bluetooth, WIFI, Zigbee, etc.
- Familiar with ARM microcontrollers architecture.
