The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our fast-growing team. The key purpose will be as a new Business Developer for antennas, antenna solutions and antenna design for our APAC region. This role will include developing our antenna sales, having your own customers, supporting Sales Managers and Distributors in the Asia Pacific region in close cooperation with our VP APAC. You will be the link to our antenna product management, to develop and drive our APAC business and grow our market share.

You are a key to our success and outstanding sales achievements.

To be successful as our Antenna BD & Sales Support you have ambitions to become the market leader, to support our customers and sales team, define strategies and goals, follow up on business cases and antenna designs, drive the team's antenna engagements. You will be responsible for winning major accounts across APAC yourself and together with the team.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive APAC antenna business;
  • Sales support to the APAC region;
  • Cooperate with FAE team to coordinate projects and secure success;
  • Vertical market research, competitor and market trend analysis;


  • Extensive antenna product knowledge;
  • Minimum of 3 years' antenna sales experience;
  • Business development experience;
  • Knowhow within wireless RF technologies;
  • Understanding of IoT industry;
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
