Overview
The FCM369D series is a powerful triple-in-one MCU wireless module featuring dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, and Thread. It adopts an ARMv8 processor with main frequency up to 160MHz. The module supports IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, BLE 5.4, and IEEE 802.15.4 protocols. It is equipped with built-in 512KB SRAM, optional 8MB PSRAM and 4/8/16MB Flash. The module supports HT20, HT40, and HE20 Wi-Fi bandwidth and complies with the security protocols of WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK, and WPA3-SAE.
The FCM369D series adopts LCC stamp-hole SMD package. The FCM369D can extend external antenna via the 1st generation RF coaxial connector or LCC RF interface, while the FCM369D-P integrates a built-in PCB antenna for a more convenient design. The module is designed with a compact size, fully meeting the demands of terminal products for compact modules and is compatible with a wide range of structural designs.
In QuecOpen® solution, the FCM369D series provides up to 19 GPIOs, which can be multiplexed as interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, I2S, ADC, SDIO, and PWM. Benefiting from its outstanding features including large bandwidth, lower power consumption, and Thread networking, as well as its large memories, it can be flexibly and widely used in applications of household appliances, security monitoring, Wi-Fi sensors, industrial IoT, smart commercial terminals, and new energy applications such as photovoltaics, energy storage, and charging piles. The FCM369D series also supports AT commands, providing a more efficient and convenient development approach for massive IoT devices migrating to dual-band Wi-Fi 6.
