Overview
The M95 is a cost-effective quad-band GSM/GPRS 2G module measuring 19.9mm × 23.6mm × 2.65mm which uses LCC castellation packaging. Based on the latest MTK chipset, it is optimized for low-power IoT use cases that operate in harsh conditions.
Built-in QuecFOTA technology allows the M95 to update firmware remotely, and features such as integrated TCP/IP protocol stacks, serial multiplexer and enhanced AT commands guarantee fast and reliable transmission of data, voice, and SMS via GSM/GPRS networks.
The M95 uses surface mounted technology, making it ideal for large-scale manufacturing, which can have strict requirements on cost and efficiency. The M95’s ultra-compact profile makes it particularly suited to size-sensitive applications, and the module can serve a wide range of IoT applications such as vessel traffic services, industrial PDAs, personal tracking, wireless POS, smart metering and more.
