Overview
The Quectel SH602BE series is a multi-mode smart LTE Cat 4 module powered by the Qualcomm CQ4390M octa-core processor (2 × A78 @ 2.2GHz + 6 × A55 @ 1.8GHz). Featuring a maximum CPU clock speed of 2.2GHz, an integrated Qualcomm Adreno™ GPU running at up to 738MHz, and the Android 16 operating system, the module delivers exceptional performance and robust graphical capabilities. It is designed to meet the high data rate and rich media demands of both industrial and consumer applications. The series is available in five variants: SH602BE-CN, SH602BEEM, SH602BE-NA, SH602BE-JP, and SH602BE-WF (integrated Wi-Fi/Bluetooth antenna only).
The SH602BE series module incorporates multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) technology, enabling the simultaneous use of multiple receive antennas on the same frequency band. This significantly reduces the bit error rate (BER) and enhances overall communication quality. Additionally, the module features an integrated multi-constellation GNSS receiver supporting GPS, GLONASS, BDS, Galileo, and NavIC for rapid and precise positioning.
The SH602BE series module features a comprehensive array of interfaces—including LCM, camera, touch panel, video, audio, UART, USB, I2C, and SPI—significantly expanding its utility in machine-to-machine (M2M) applications. Its extensive connectivity makes it ideal for a wide range of products, including smart cash registers, smart POS terminals, fiscal control registers, smart safety systems, automotive equipment, advanced data acquisition devices, intelligent robots, smart home appliances, industrial IoT hardware, smart handheld terminals, A/V recorders, smart intercoms, wearable devices, vending machines, and smart parcel lockers.
