Overview
Quectel EG912N-EN is an LTE450 Cat 1bis wireless communication module optimized specially for M2M and IoT applications. It also supports 450 MHz, maximum 10 Mbps downlink rate and 5 Mbps uplink rate. Designed in a compact and unified form factor, EG912N-EN is compatible with Quectel GSM/ GPRS M95 module, LTE Cat M1/ Cat NB2/ EGPRS BG95 series, LTE Cat M1/ Cat NB1/ EGPRS BG96 module, LTE Cat 1 EG91 series and LTE Cat 4 EG95 series, which allows flexible switch among different networks.
EG912N-EN adopts the laser engraving process to ensure more good-looking appearance, strong metal texture, better heat dissipation, durable label information, which makes it more suitable for automation requirements.
A rich set of internet protocols, industry-standard interfaces and abundant functionalities (USB serial drivers for Windows 10/ 11, Linux and Android) extend the applicability of the module to a wide range of M2M and IoT applications such as Smart Metering, OTT, Iot Gateway, and smart safety.
